The more a cycle has dominated, the more regular it is. In events that each have a one and a million chance of happening, the odds of at least one of them happening is five thousand out of a million. If there's a million events, there's an almost certainty that one of them will happen. And that's what coincidences are. The foundation for the study of cycles says that the more a cycle dominates, the more likely it is to be the result of real cyclic orse - which is not just a coincidence.
