Comparison Is the Thief of Joy
The difference between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic is something inside of us that fuels us, kind of pushes us forward. Extrinsic motivators are things out there in the world we can rely on to help pull us forward. We should be aspiring to be more like patricky or i think here's why I don't want to do this other thing. Having said that, i believe substantially more motivated people look at intrinsically because they feed off each other.
