I think one thing that's definitely overrated is trying to get that last 10% instead of investing that energy into working out, yeah. I ensure every single day there's at least 30 to 40 minutes spent exercising. It can be flow, it could be hit training. It doesn't always need to require a gym. In fact, having a sort of like Swiss Army knife of activities you can do in your lounge is probably one of the best things that you can invest your time into doing.
