Facebook Isn't Bundling. It's Corporate Espionage

The issue with Microsoft was that they were bundling products together, which is explicitly outlawed according to the Clayton Act. Here, it's less clear. I mean, Facebook certainly isn't bundling. That's not the crime that it's committing. In some sense, you could say that it's corporate espionage, because they're stealing house parties data. But don't forget the way they obtain this stuff are for the police to investigate.
