What I Learned From Your Introduction to Whisky

There's a lot of regional and geographic differences that originated during the early er history of our country, whether we're talking about the 17 hundreds with the whisky rebellion. A lot of these geographic differences in things like climate or culture have set the tone for the types of whisky that these regions have historically produced. It was catherine carpenter who was sort of a pioneer in the sour mash method, which is often talked about as a way to distinguish tennessee sky from bourbon whisky. But it's something that people still, i don't think, really have a good handle on.
