i understand the purpose of not wanting to alienate buyers. But it would be great if they say, hey, a wink, wink, we took care of that buyer. I don't know if there's many other platforms that are that. If you imagine on amazon if you had like, a customer rating, and it's like, you ere a bronze customer, which is, like, not as good as being like, a silver or gold - how dare you? You'd be like, i'm a customer. It doesn't it matter if i've had some returns or not,. So i understand why why they wouldn't do that, but it wouldbe nice.
