i eat a lot more carbs than somebody who's trying to lose weight so for me i am i always have some sort of veggie available. Some people find that doing a meal prep ritual one or two times per week can be a great strategy. There are no cooking ways to do this but i think it is valuable to get more invested into the process of preparing your food.
