Is the Hong Kong Confederation of Trade Unions at Risk of Folding?

Many scholars and labor actavists predict that the next organization which might have to fold is the hong kong confederation of trade unions. The federation is considered extremely pro government, and it doesn't actually really advocate for workers rights. Many new members are not renewing their membership, but seeing huge outflows of people from hongkong migrating to places like the u k and canada. Yet i think there's a lot of fear and hopelessness amongst many of the members of these new pro democracy unions.
