Taylor's Version of the Restaurant

I think the show is mirroring its characters and in the construction of a menu because you have to, there are things that fall along very conventional lines. You know, there's something to be said for surprises, but there's also something to be says for being rewarded for knowing how stories are going to feel or slipping into the rhythm. It was also a reflection of the ingenuity with what is a relatively low budget show. The restaurant itself grows to the extent that they have two sets now. But they spend all their money on the needle drops. So it's still a lowbudget show.
