The Uncloss of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea
There are scenarios now because of the tech and we're in uncharted territory. What sort of legal framework do we have? Where are we looking to to get solutions? Are we looking to uncloss? The United Nations Convention on the law of the sea is a pretty useful document, but Turkey hasn't signed it. We also urgently need a space situational awareness globally where we are all agreed that when one of them is doing something unexpected, you say: 'We don't really have the laws there'
