i wanted to be sure that it wouldn't be too expensive to have this book made, even before i knew how i was going to have it printed and distributed. I always want the things that i've done in the past, say, tenish years, to be available for as many people as possible. The printed proof has thinner, quite thin pages, because tit was a wall,.
