Routine is the gentle installation of parameters that help to more effectively guide your energy and your decision-making. Sometimes I'll have a day where I just slip into this flow state and I can work for 10, 12 hours with barely even blinking. On those days, when I have that inspiration, I will sprint. And then I will rest and I will recover. The more points of leverage that we can identify within our own physiology, within our own mentalities,within our own processes and rhythms, the more effective we can be with what we're doing.
