How Far Have You Gotten on Creating a Sea Slug Robot?

Shankar: A sea slug's mathematical structure is such that it has enormous flexibility. We need to figure out a physical mechanism that can mimic how to make these internal forces to get these robots to move. What do you think the ancient Greeks from 2000 years ago would think of you applying their geometry to the creation of a sea slug robot? I would like to think that they'd be pleased with how logic and sort of doing math and science has survived all these centuries and is still giving hopefully useful things.
