What Happened at Curnebile?

The most vulnerable parts are the pools with the spent fuel rods. If shells hit the swimming pool i where the spent fuel is kept, then you can actually lift some of that material up in the atmosphere and it will spread. What could not happen is the cherneble like event. The moderator, the material that slows the neutrons down to make the chain reaction possible, was graphite. And carbon, we know, burns. Could we have another cernoble disaster? If a plant like zeporegia is damaged?
