We also found that we could predict who was going to have a conversion at camp. And it actually goes all the way back to William James and Edward Starbuck and their theories of conversion. It actually fits with our characteristic adaptation idea is that global measures, like personality trait measures and meaning, were not predictive. So it was more looking at this characteristic adaptation level of personality about personal goals that predicted who would have a conversion.
