Should We Go Deep on Quadratic Voting?

Quadratic voting is a way of re structuring a voting process and a ballot. It lets you express stronger or weaker opinions on issues that you care about more strongly. But it in effect imposes a very high cost for doing so - if you decide to vote three times on something, that cost you nine voting credits. You have sort of like weigh less say on all the other issues if you decided to express a strong point of view on any particular issue. And by putting these different incentives like, in balance, the idea is that it's incentivising people to be honest about how strongly they care.
