Supply Chain Resiliency

i don't think it quite makes sense to structure our supply chain so i can get l lemon no matter what time of the year. So if we're thinking about moving forward, it's hard for me to go through all these areas wher were experiencing shortages and conclude, ha, like, we really need to be able to build x, x, x and y and z here.
