The Role of Femur Fractures in Child Abuse
There are different things that we're talking about. One is like the specific fracture morphology. And then there's also the bone that's fractured. Some fractures do have a higher specificity for inflicted trauma. So when you see them, that would raise your level of concern. If a child has multiple injuries at the same time, that's something that you'll start with a higherlevel of concern.
