Women uniquely have this time constraint that exists in their thinking and influences their planning and life choices. Menapause happens right at the stage where many women are hitting the peak of their careers. Even in health women, a menapas will increase the risk of cognative decline, heart disease, stroke, depression, insomnia, austere prosis. The list os on and on and so on. This is an issue of equity. Thats the reproductive longevity and equality is in the name. And that equality piece is really a key to what we're doing.
