Algorithms and the Human Prefrontal Cortex

Algarithms are metal learned throughout evolution, so not just teirn parometers, but algarithms. The human prefrontal cortex makes it possible to ra to sortof a to learn and drive it with many, many different algoritms. Can we build an architecture that is capable of flexibly am hosting many different algarithm? i would die to want to answer those questions.
