I've taken a lot more comfort in teaching, but because students are on strike and we can't get together in person without violating scab laws or whatever they call it. So I started to think like my YouTube channel, some of my videos will have 100,000 views. My most highly cited paper has maybe 1500 citations; there's people with 10 times higher citations on certain papers. There's something called the H index, which is the number of papers that have at least H citations. And then you could do all sorts of gamification, modifications where you can do it by age and cohort and field Because some fields have just way more citations.
