The opposite of having diarrhea, isn't it? Got to be constipated. Yeah. If something rubs off on you, it means that let's say, okay, my French is coming along. It means it's making some progress, but the progress is a bit slow. All right, not too complicated, really that one. Let's see the expression to rub off on you: "Oh God, all that chalk's rubbed off on my sleeve" That's a literal example of something rubbing off on you. But other things can Rub Off On You includes language and accent.
