Renewable energy has always been a bugbear for certain parts of the media and certain factions of the political sphere. We used to talk about how wind farms would be paid to turn off sometimes if there was too much wind and not enough of demand for electricity. Now, battery technology is very different to what it was 15 or 20 years ago. Once china gets involved, then everything's happening at scale, and costs can absolutely plun It'll be great hat what we're coming upto now is the point where those two things converge.
