How to Fire People

I've hired some real really useless people use of an experiment but that the other thing that Andre Agassi wrote in his book which I admire he says if somebody's a screw up get rid of them yesterday. right yeah surround yourself with people that are better than you at whatever they do that's the key and also asshole is subjective just because someone's hurting your feelings doesn't mean they're an assholeYou might be overly sensitive but I'm just saying you might be projecting like it requires so much everyone's so emotional and sensitive in my field that if someone's like yeah do it this way or just directness comes off as bitchy or assholes when it's actually just the nic
