What happens if your core values don't match up with the rest of your teams that's a really good question i get asked that a lot and look presumably if organizations do this right then you should attract people who have similar values. People's values don't always align so you don't have to be in total alignment but there should be a lot of dots If you're working with someone on their team or on a boss and you have two or three conflicting core values that's going to be pretty hard, he says.
