The world exists and by some process, Darwinian evolution. This existing world is part of the material world which becomes living matter. Living matter organizes itself into ever finer nervous systems and brains. And that nervous system and brain produces consciousness which is now able to experience this material universe. World exists first, illumination next. First existence, then shining. Second one. The existence depends on the shining. Who says this? All theistic religions. Religions of the world, they say God created the universe. So where is the connection with shining? This God, God appears. Is this God conscious? No, not conscious.
