The Restoration of Athens
Aristotle begins a short and inaccurate passage, bridging 410 to 404 BC. The best evidence is the decree quoted by Andokides in his treatise on the mysteries. Neither Xenophon nor Diodorus mentions the restoration of Therimini's regime. Unlike the collapse of the 400, which followed a loss in the Eurypus, this one followed a success. We shall see some signs of friction but there apparently was much less traumatic change.
