We Need a National Policy in the Inflation Reduction Act

A real inflation reduction act may have tackled some of these issues. We're still producing about a million and a half barrels a day fewer than we were pre pre covid people that were going to make that drillig available. Telling the banking industry that we're no longer going to be punishing them if they lend to the fossil fuel industry would send immediate market signals. But, but so many of our problems when it comes to this space, r r r, institutional, and they require a year, two years, three years, to be felt.
