How to Set Long-Term Goals for Your College Ministry

Start with a clear goal and number two set both long and short-term goals finally. For example in Boston we may decide well let's go big for welcome week and cast a wide net through our welcome week events but for the rest of the semester instead of trying to build a group on your local campus which is usually through a bible study or TFN it has tended to not work in the past because it's so small. follow up the welcome week events at your campus by offering the students to join with other students on other campuses in Boston then we could this would involve then two separate goals and two separate strategies.
