When you understand the entire model, and then you can contextlize what's happening in those moments. We all tell ourselves that we should be better at certain aspects of our work or in certain areas of our life. However, if we aren't naturally inclined to enjoy and thrive within those areas, to 'should' on ourselves is a recipe for unnecessary guilt and shame.
