Seahorse Tails - A Sea Horse Tail

Sea horses are covered in bony ringlets on their entire body. This provides protection, but also provides structure to the body. The rings interlock allowing for some decent manur ability. It might actually aid in the prehensibleness of their tail. But as cool and weird as this group is, there are some things that are a little bit more blurry. Part of it is there's a lot of convergion evolution going on. Since they use camouflage and the shape of their body to hide at such a big part of their defence, there's selective pressure on it.
