I think there's a lot more that people can do with help than they can do on their own. Narrative therapy is a really great tool so just like writing out your traumatic experience and then going to a therapist and talking about it next week. There's a great podcast by Andrew Huberman on trauma that I would highly recommend everyone listen to if you're listening to this. It's really, it does a good job at explaining the role of trauma and health.
