The Positives and Negatives of Mortgage Rates
If mortgage rates head back towards 6% or if they go lower, absolutely. We actually do see this being a possibility because we tested it, not like 10 years ago, we tested it late last year. So it really depends on rates. And again, rates matter, rates matter going out, rates will matter down.
