Vanuatu: A Small Island in the Pacific Ocean

The island of vanuatu was hit by two cyclones back to back which destroyed a ridiculous amount of key infrastructure roads ports the airports that they have. 80 percent of the population around 250 thousand people were without power or food many of them had their homes destroyed. Under capitalism there is no structured way of dealing with these many islands across the world that will be facing this exact situation under socialism if you had like a proper socialist government.
