How to Use eBPF to Create a Linux Kernel That Responds to Certain Hooks

eBPF is a technology that lets you write small snippets of code and then put those into the Linux kernel at strategic points. You could attach these BPF programs to network sockets and have them respond to packets coming in or out. So if you have a compiled Go program that you're running some service, even if it's a long running service, you can attach them to actual symbols inside your compiled binary. That's something Derek, I'm sure can talk about.
