i pretty much got off of all the gluton a foods that were out there, cause they were spiking me. Weigh more like the glufre breads, the gluto hotes,. i would not really eat on a regular basis, but still were in my diet a little bit. And when we would make food, or we would pick up a peza, for example, if his wife was feeling like, hay, it's friday, let's do a litle t peza. Just o jump in. I mean, so many like little nuggets inside of there, and my brain is kind of still catching up and like teasing them apart and applying it
