Is E-Cog a Good Idea?
E-COG could potentially be in the order of years. The problem is when you stick something inside a human, generally what you create is scarring tissue. But if you're doing something that's sort of minimally invasive where we're putting electrodes underneath the skull, then this doesn't create that same level of scarring. So those electrodes will last longer in the same place and be able to give you that same fidelity over a long period of time.
