Communion Is Not Separated From the Eucharistic Sacrifice

The more Eucharist I receive the more Jesus is in me or something like that. It's part of a coherent whole and it you need to have an understanding of the sacrament which is coherent and holistic. Christ didn't say Take eat break, you know past drink, but you know Not now later. He wasn't creating a new thing he was elevating and sacramentalizing something that already existed.
