Iv o, it's a good question. When i first became division directory n yu, i was provided an executive coach. And since we had an intensive training in leadership over a course of a year. So honestly, there's nothing like on the job training, an experience. If anyone wants to be a division director, i think the best way to learn is just do it and know that it's going to take you a few years. But where do you see the future of i training? Yo, think we have too many fellowships. Are we producing too many people for the current market? Or we've got it bout right?
