A lot of times, you know, something becomes a huge priority. And then we have a whiplash effect where it's like, okay, great. Now we got to move on to the next priority. What are the few initiatives that we can launch? We can look back into 2020 and say we've done the things. You know, I think it's looking at the long term sustainability, not like what is the five year plan that we're going to hit diversity. That's two different things.
