Is the Screen Grab the Easiest Way to Capture Messages?

i'd love to hear from people in the audience if they've got a better solution, but everything i've tried feels very tenuous. Trying to capture specific text sage is not easy, and apple just doesn't make it easy. I always hope i don't need to stitch them together, because i don't want to have that long i try to keep cin communications out of messages.
