The Risharnian Culture and the Relationship to the Real World

There could be a world building revealed that fixes this, but probably not. Risharnians have the same strategy for representing hexadecimal and it is like their native counting system. Why would they not have some way of representing that in native numerals somewhere? It's just an odd thing. Also, as I said, I don't know where zero through nine are.
