The One Advantage That Startups Have Is Speed
I think some of these startup founders are looking at Google. And being like, they're successful. We need to do that. But they're not looking at the Google of 2018 or 2020. The Google of 1998 was a bunch of naughty people writing code in a garage. I'm not as against all the free stuff; it's gotten really fashionable to have very fancy offices with free kombucha. You don't have to mimetically follow what other big companies are doing with respect to free stuff and lots of people.
