Aselda: The dominance of the deep state has diminished us. Democracy to such an extent that it's justified to describe ours as a deep state system. So you argue that this criminal activity has become so important o maintaining the stability of this us. Empire, and we see now its sparling out of control; criminality is also spiring out of control. Aselda: It's quite possible that much of the class structure in the u.S. is opaque by design. And people like bezos or bill gates or elon musk may actually function, in a way, as kind of a cover story for, like, the rotating winter of capitalism.
