I think people are a little too optimistic about what dals can do in the short term, and we'll see how that actually plays out. We've talked already about this idea that talent will migrate to the most flexible companies. I also think there's gong be all types of new jobs that emerge. And then finally, i think we're just going to see, overtime, a syncrones cultures.
People say that COVID was an accelerator, forcing trends that may have taken decades to develop, to instead take hold in much less time. Remote work was one of those trends. But we're not done yet!
