Is There a New Edition of the Police?

The last year or two has been a phenomenal development in approaches to the police. The very kinds of questions that I always wanted to ask are now being discussed on mainstream television. How do we connect questions of police power to broader questions of state power capital and so forth? And how do we how might we organize outside of police which is of course a different question which I don't ask in the book.
