I think a lot of times we over intellectualize our decisions, and that's what puts us into this place of anxiety and indecision. So those are the main strategies i use personally to insure that all the workshops i actually run have healthy attendants. I hope these strategies help you to feel excited and confident to dive into teaching work shops or back into teaching workshops. They really are such a rewarding way to engage with your students.
