Is China Using Giant Spy Balloons Over the United States?

There has been evidence that this has been a bit of a pattern, these spy balloons being deployed by China over the United States. Proports last week suggesting that Chinese surveillance balloons have been spotted three times or were spotted three times during the Trump administration. There are other countries, Europe, UK and others, Japan thinking maybe we need to look at what's been going on here.
