How to Have a Strong Succession Plan for Your Executive Team
Some companies where that have just kind of merged those things aware that the executive team takes that on as part of their holistic strategy. I think one of the big things would be the executive team collectively thinks about okay how do our values play out in how we hire and set goals with people right? And so you can't have that just owned by HR right it won't it won't have the same stickiness factor I guess you know when you think about taking that to the rest of the organization.
