How Do You Evaluate Innovation in Challenges?
One important thing to keep in mind is, obviously, as I said before, you want to make sure that you are able to cater to the needs of a potentially very large group of participants. So depth of expertise, that's a lesson you learned. Obviously, you need resources to be able to support this kind of project. And secondly, how do you ensure that the way you evaluate the submissions is as fair as it could possibly be? We decided to go with the most objective evaluation criteria possible, which is a purely quantitative score.
